TWO-LAYERED AIR BUBBLE FILM

The company “Високі технології пластика” is the leading producer of the  polyethylene air bubble film in Ukraine. This  film  is a flexible  plastic material, which surface is uniformly covered with  small bubbles. These bubbles are full of air and are pleasantly to click. It’s  two-layered air bubble film.

Everything began in 1957 when American engineer Al.  Fielding and swedish inventor Mark Chavannes tried to create  plastic textured  wallpapers made on paper base, which would be easy to clean. Like famous Sergey Kozlov characters Hedgehog and Bear flouncing in the fog, the inventors flounced searching the best decision, but then engineers realized that their invention would have brighter and more interesting future. It would be used as a packaging  air bubble material. “Eureka!” – cried the inventors. And the fog disappeared!

 

They discovered the best packaging material – two-layered air bubble film. And now for about fifty years bubbles have been serving not only like the best packaging material, but also gives much pleasure for click-lovers. The specialists of our company (“Високі технології пластика”) have developed special production technologies of the air bubble film, which give us an opportunity to produce qualitative, strong and beautiful bubbles. Two-layered air bubble film consists of two layers: smooth polyethylene film and the film with the pimples. 

Two films welded together form a layer of film with the connected bubbles. The bubbles are all the same size.

It protects the product from the vibration and friction, high humidity and drying, it’s impact resistant,  and, of course, it protects from  pollution. This film protects your product from the cold and heat in 80 per cent better than glass and in 120 per cent better than ordinary film. The secret of the air bubble film is in its bubbles.
